A3: The window cleaner can be used both horizontally and vertically. However, the appliance can only be used for short periods with the suction head pointing down to prevent water from getting into the suction system.

Q4: Can I use detergent in the spray bottle?

A4: To avoid foaming, firstly fill the spray bottle with fresh water and then add no more than ¼ cap of detergent. Before you start cleaning, we recommend you to try out on a small inconspicuous area, as we do not test all brands of detergent for proper dilution ratios and cleaning results.

Q5: How long should I charge the window vacuum cleaner?

A5: Charging time is 3.5 hours. Before using it for the first time, please charge it fully.
